Fear causes us to panic. Fear usually develops when danger is present. According to experts, some people experience exaggerated fear, which is untrue to an extent; however, to some degree it is true. For example, if you fear falling after climbing a ladder, then it is somewhat exaggerated. In reality, it is true that this person has a potential of falling. It happens, everyday, so the extent of exaggerated must be examined more closely.

Emotional disturbances usually develop because most people suppress their emotions, rather than express themselves. What you suppress however comes out later in your behaviors, habits, attitude, et cetera. Learning to express yourself and mastering suppressive habit, individual can damn near reach to peaks of competence.
