3 Easy Steps To Solving A Personal Chi Energy Crisis

It all starts with observing the World around us and discovering how it really works.

Remember days when nothing seemed to go according to plans no matter how hard you tried to make it do so? A day when the energy of Life just seemed to drain away from you the longer you worked?

Because we’ve all had these kinds of days, perhaps now would be a good time to ask ourselves “just what is going on here”? Can we somehow bring an element of control to this “energy factor” known as “Chi”?

Step One: There Are Invisible Energies Out There.

When we have a “bad day”, we’re merely picking up on the energies that are everywhere around us (in this case, the negative energy), and it affects our mood and our physical performance at Home and Work.

There’s an invisible web of Life Energy called “Chi” that surrounds us and affects us whether we’re waking or asleep. The Eastern World has known of these energies for thousands of years and the West also has known and kept these discoveries as secrets of priesthoods or vanished religions.

Negative energies are those that hinder or drain us of the energy we need to succeed and move forward with Life with a sense of Satisfaction and Accomplishment.

Now, let’s talk about those beautiful Positive Chi Energies. These are those friendly energies that spur us on to greater creativity and productivity as well as provide us with that marvelous sense of Satisfaction and Accomplishment. In addition, we feel good during the entire process when all the “stars line up” and we feel “lucky”.

Let’s face it. We need plenty of Positive Energy to function at our peak efficiency and productivity and, if, as we’ve mentioned, negative energies can pull us down, then we need to focus on what will help us the most.

Step Two: Think Positive and Focus On The Positive.

Set Your Own Energy Agenda And Direct Your Life.

Here’s the really good news; we can shift our personal Energy fields quickly from negative to positive. It only requires a few tricks to make this shift start to take place.

If you can hold a “good” thought (pick a virtue like Bravery, Love, Service, Gratitude or another one) for more than 3 minutes without focusing on your previous mood or thought, you will have broken the back of the negative energy that had you in it’s grip and replaced it with a new, strong positive energy. That new energy will propel you forward to greater happiness and productivity for the rest of your day & evening.

We really can’t hold more than one single thought at a time and those thoughts cause chemical changes in our brains. Positive thoughts, loving thoughts, uplifting thoughts create beneficial chemicals in our brains and bodies and if we devote some of our day to those thoughts, our bodies, minds and emotions will follow.

Sustained positive thoughts will allow some time for those valuable “good” brain chemicals to be created and distributed throughout your body. The longer you give them and the more you make of them by thinking more and more positive thoughts, then, the greater the physical, emotional and mental well-being you’ll experience.

If you want to employ other techniques for setting and maintaining a positive energy shift, great music, exercise, meditation and great art are also available and should be used as a new habit of living.

Offsetting the negative energies that before now, used to plague us with just some simple tools like those described in this article, is a major step forward in controlling our lives. Step Three: Positive Thoughts Should Be Held As Long As You Can.

It turns out that the longer you can actually hold on to a positive thought, the greater will be your production of neuro-chemicals and the greater your resultant positive energy reserves. The limit to this technique however, arises in the time limitation that anyone has. We can only stay awake so long and be aware of our thought processes for so long. But, the longer we can stay focused on good thoughts, the better the results for our energy shift will be.

Frankly, there are alternate ways to solve this time commitment challenge that are freeing and release us from the burden of having to focus on generating these energies for ourselves. These other innovative techniques will actually generate positive energies for us and sustain that energy 24 hours a day, week after week without any attention from us.

It’s important to explore these new techniques and look for the technology and teachers who will allow you to remain in complete control of the energy process.

Find what makes you comfortable in the energy generating field and try to locate someone whose products and consultation or input will not be required too often. This is all part of being in control of your own process.
