With infidelity rates being higher now than ever before, it’s not surprising how many people have suspicions that their spouse might be cheating. It you have your suspicions, you will be glad to know there’s an easy way to find out.

The following technique will get you the answers you need about your relationship quickly and without your spouse ever knowing you are “investigating” them. Here’s what you need to do:

Step #1

Ok - let’s get to it. Your first “mission” is to find about 15 minutes where you can be alone with your spouse’s cell phone. You need to pick a time that you can look at it without worrying about anyone walking in on you.

Once you have gotten a hold of their cell phone, you need to look through the call history that is stored on their phone. Look through the phone and find both the ‘incoming’ and ‘outgoing’ call history lists

As you look through the list of phone numbers, write down each one you see on a piece of paper. Any phone number that you recognize you don’t have to write down but make sure that every other phone number is being jotted down.

Step #2

Now it’s time to find out exactly who owns each and every phone number that you have on your list. This is the key step in finding out if your spouse is cheating.

It’s easy to find out information on someone when all you have is their phone number. You need to use what is called a “reverse phone search” - this lets you find out anyone’s name, address and even background information when all that you know about them is their phone number.

The companies that provide this service pay for access to all phone records so that they can build huge databases that have information on all phone numbers. All you do is punch in the phone number (it’s done online) and then the person’s details are shown right on your computer’s screen.

It’s no surprise that these companies charge a fee when you use a search, but it isn’t anything expensive. My recommendation is to find a company that offers unlimited searches for a flat one-time fee. There are a few that offer this which makes it a lot cheaper than having to pay for each individual search.

Go through your entire list of phone numbers and run a search for each one. As you do this write down the details that you uncover for each one.

Step #3

Now that you have completed the first two steps you have an entire list of exactly who your spouse has been talking to on the phone. This is a powerful piece of information - once you know who your partner has been communicating with it becomes easy to see if there is something ‘fishy’ happening.

Look over your list and see if there is anything that looks suspicious. It’s hard to tell you exactly what to look for, but I can guarantee that anything suspicious will jump off the page at you. After all, you now have the name and background information of everyone your spouse has talked to on their phone.
