Write a Best Selling E-book in 1 Month

Ok, so you want to write a best-selling e-book in 1 month. First, you need to decide - are you an expert or a reporter?

But if you’re like most of us and you’re not sure where to start, then the reporter approach may be the best and quickest approach. The reporter doesn’t need to know all the best ways to save money on a wedding, but you know people who do know how to save money.

If you are a reporter, you use interviews to develop valuable information for your e-book. Be creative in finding experts. Most experts will share information freely, especially if you think them in your e-book. Include their contact information, if appropriate - your experts will appreciate the free advertising.

What about interviewing a caterer, a DJ, a limousine company, and a wedding dress shop. You get the picture. How many people and how many vendors can you interview? Each one of those people would probably have a tip on how to save money on a wedding.

When you record the interview, use equipment that makes CD quality sound. This includes an Olympus DM10 and a lapel mike. You can convert the recordings to mp3 or wave files.

For an interview, bring two lapel mics and a Y-jack (I found mine at Wal-Mart).I use this setup to interview many people, even over the phone. It offers great quality sound at a reasonable price.

So, what is the point of all these recordings?

First, you have a record of the interview. Hire someone to transcribe it, or transcribe it yourself, if you would like a written record. These recordings are also valuable as a bonus product, to encourage sales of your product.

Recordings can help you write your e-book in 1 month. After all, most of your information is based on interviews. Your book almost writes itself!
