A lot of guys like the concepts I teach but a common question is “How do I practice?” A really good way to practice the techniques is to use them on “captive audiences”. Examples are cashiers, waitresses, hostesses, bartenders, etc.

Practice proper body language, eye contact and voice tone when you are around these women. Practice starting up conversations with these women. A good way to do this is by playfully teasing them!

Remember, this should be an on going thing. You should weave these ideas into your personality so that they are natural. The only way to do this is by practicing. Every day. Don’t get lazy on me. You do want to succeed with women don’t you?

Always be prepared. Have on nice looking clothes and look your best whenever you leave your house. You don’t want to see a great woman and not feel confident enough to approach because you look like a bum.

Playfully teasing a woman is a great way to start a conversation. Look for something she is wearing, doing, or talking about and make fun of her about it. Just remember not to insult her. This should be fun and playful.

Make it your goal not to pick her up, but to make her smile and laugh. This will reduce the pressure on you and will eliminate “performance anxiety”. It’s paradoxal, but when you take the pressure off of yourself by letting go of outcome and living in the moment, it increases your chances because it loosens you up. Women will notice your looseness and playfulness and will respond more favorably.

And finally, have the right frame of mind. Having a beggar’s frame will hurt your chances. Never think she is the prize and the goddess you must somehow impress. Have the frame that you are the prize and she must win you over if the two of you are going to get physical.
