Lose Weight Really Really Fast

I always used to be thin. I was a 119 pound petite blonde who could easily fit into a size 4 or 6. In college I was unable to give blood - I always prided myself on the fact that I didn’t weight enough to give!

The days of wearing the size 6 clothing have long since passed. I am still short, but overweight - by a good 30 or 40 pounds.

I have continually looked for ways to lose weight really fast. I struggle with this every single day of my life. I want to lose weight quickly how do I do it? I do not have time to work out for an hour or hour and a half a day 4 - 5 days a week. I wish I did - but I don’t. I spend my time working and taking care of my household. When my kids are in school I’m working and when they are out of school, I’m taking care of them. So when do I go to the gym? I go in the 40 minute time frame I have between dropping my kids off at school and starting work at 9am. Not much time is it? That includes driving time.

So how do I lose weight really fast? I cannot endorse programs that are going to send my body into shock such as diet pills or fasting. No way. Besides - these types of programs are not going to provide easy ways to keep the weight off. I understand that if I’m bringing in more calories than I burn through daily exercise, I am not going to lose any pounds - let alone lose weight really fast.

It would seem that the real key for me in losing weight really fast is burning off more than I bring in. A massive reduction in calories is not a good plan for me. For one it slows down my metabolism too much, but I’m also not really capable of doing it. I enjoy eating too much.

That’s all well and good and easy to put down on paper - but how exactly do I accomplish that? How do I turn that into something that I can easily do on a daily basis.

Its a known fact that increasing your muscle mass will increase your metablism. So adding muscle building activity is always a step in the right direction with any weight loss program.

The demands of my life do not allow me to live in a gym. It is difficult enough for me to get to the gym 2 days per week. Losing weight really fast is a real problem for me. Getting to the gym more than 2 days a week is a real problem for me - and I rarely have an hour to spend when I get to the gym. It is very discouraging. How can I lose weight really fast?

When I read about Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst’s fat loss secret, I was amazed that she was saying no matter what we do to lose weight, it simply will not come off on its own. She has shown me the real reason I’m fat, and how I can drop the weight safely and effectively.
